Yep! When we're done, you'll have an engaging, easy-to-read manuscript that's ready for submission or final proofs before self-publishing.

Line editing is just as it sounds: line-by-line edits to consider the rhythm, intent, meaning, impact, and resonance of each sentence. Where developmental editing focuses on the structure of the book, this service will ensure your manuscript flows seamlessly from paragraph to paragraph, chapter to chapter, to make for an effortless, page-turning read.

 

The Process:

  1. We'll hop on a discovery call to discuss your book and my process in greater detail. If we're a good fit, we'll sign a contract and get started.

  2. I will meticulously line edit your manuscript chapter by chapter, sending you each one as it's completed for your review. You can provide feedback in the document itself, via email, and/or on a video call. I'll then make revisions based on your suggestions. We'll continue this process until the book is complete!

  3. Before sending you on your way, I'll perform a final copy edit to catch any lingering errors and inconsistencies.
